This Summer we had the great pleasure of working with Urban Capital Properties on the Boutique One condominium to create this stunning amenities area for those who reside in the building to use in the warmer months of the year.

For informal bistro style dining we custom designed a series of our Cabo stainless steel dining tables with white tempered glass tops and matching Cabo dining chairs with ultra modern dove gray seat cushions. While for lounging we paired the dining sets to the matching Cabo sectional, configured in a social U-shape with clay coloured seat cushions and plum toss pillows for added comfort and a punch of colour. To top it all off a of Tuuci lounges seemed the perfect addition to the already very social space, providing a more intimate setting for relaxation.

Situated right downtown on Nelson Street, the sizable roof top terrace provides the condo-dwellers with a stylish space to entertain friends and guests with the utmost ease, while enjoying the gorgeous view of the downtown skyline.
